From designing sales training materials in the early 2000s to leading AI-enabled learning strategies for one of the world's largest business services companies, Ron Galisanao has spent more than two decades helping Learning & Development evolve alongside technology.

His journey has taken him from creative design and product training into multimedia, eLearning, instructional design, simulations, and global learning strategy. Along the way, he has embraced emerging technologies and challenged traditional ways of creating learning.

As Global eLearning Design and Development Director at Teleperformance, Ron leads global learning teams and explores how emerging technologies including AI—can make learning more scalable, engaging, and impactful.

One of his notable breakthroughs was using IORAD as an alternative to Adobe Captivate for rapid development of simulations and walkthroughs—an experience that reflects his belief that L&D professionals should continually question existing approaches and look for better ways to solve learning challenges.

Stephanie Flint is VP of Global Training at ResultsCX, where she leads Learning & Development and Instructional Design across five global regions — the U.S., Philippines, India, LATAM, and EMEA. She also heads the organization's Training AI Enablement Strategy, guiding how AI is adopted and scaled across learning and development functions company-wide.

With more than 20 years in the BPO industry and five years focused on healthcare-specific learning and development, Stephanie brings deep expertise spanning Operations, Account Management, and Project Leadership. She is known for her work integrating AI-powered simulation, Persona Based Learning, and training technology into large-scale learning programs.

Sean Adams is the Chief Revenue Officer at iorad. He is responsible for driving new revenue and developing partnerships across the company as a whole. He honed his business development expertise as a successful small business owner early in his career. He fell in love with the power of technology and how transformational it could be when properly leveraged inside an organization.

This led Sean to transition into technology sales and he’s been there ever since. Sean’s passionate about helping organizations reach their full potential through the adoption of technology and process.

He has a knack for thinking creatively when it comes to driving new business and constantly works to stay on the cutting edge of innovation.
